Home of the Shrimp Burrito

This IS the HOME of the Shrimp Burrito. I order it here at Cotija's with my family every time. With huge shrimp, a deliciously packed with veggies salsa and sour cream that blend to make a wonderful sauce, this place is the best. Chow it down with a Jamaica, Tamarindo or Horchata and you'll be set until the next time that you're hungry. Only thing I'm working on is trying to convince the management to create a Shrimp Taco...
