Applebee's, West Covina

I had a 2-3 star service BUT i hear from SO MANY PEOPLE (close, anyonymous, online and in person) that applebees just does not have their @#$% together. There are better reasturants for your money, especially in the area. This reasturant is apperantly notorious for bad service and low ratings, but maybe youll get lucky?

Terrible place to eat! Our food was cold, and gross. Save your money, and eat at the Elephant Bar across the street. They have a awesome crispy teriyaki chicken with white rice that is Delicious!!

I love the Chicken ceasar salad. The service is okay.. Oh yea and it usually gets really cold in there.

The food and service was good. Nice Atmosphere. The manager on duty was not very nice to us. I asked him to honor a coupon and he wouldn't do so. He was not very friendly.

When the waitress gave us our check we noticed that the real bill was for $26 but she charged the card $38. Have no idea if it was done on purpose or not, but it was very upsetting b/c we were going to leave her a tip and leave in spite of the horrid service. Not only that but she brought me the wrong food and my bf was done eating his food before my right order even came out. Oh, and we didn't get one refill! We only had the one glass each the whole time!! After all that, the manager just refunded the overcharged portion of the bill and that was it. Needless to say, we will never be back, at least not to the one in West Covina!
