Round Table Pizza, Diamond Bar

I agree with the last review. Unfortunately it is the closest round table to my location and I recently called to make an order. I was greeted by what sounded like a teenager. In the middle of answering a question I heard the crew in the background start laughing along with the teenager on the phone. It sounded like a high school lunch break. The person working there didn't give me a straight answer. My previous experiences there do give me the impression that the owner there doesn't care about his establishment and I rarely get good service. But if you can get through that the pizza is always good. Good luck.

The owner of this franchise must not be looking to make money. The place is run by teenagers who don't care about the business. My trip to this establishment was about 6 months ago. I ordered a pizza and had to wait for over an hour. It seems that when I ordered, it was a shift break so nobody made my pizza. After 30 minutes the guy at the counter asked me did I order yet. He checked and said the pizza was undercooked and had to be redone. What a idiot. It was clearly obvious that nobody made the pizza. I finally got my pizza after roughly a hour and 15 minutes with no apologies or regrets. Be warned take your business elsewhere. The staff was mainly concerned with talking to each other. I think they are on permanent breaks. I will never return based on my past experience.

We ordered a large, regular crust pizza with pepperoni and black olives. The pizza delivered to us was thin crust and it was greasy/oily. This was the worst pizza we have ever received from any Round Table location! I'll try them again one more time and hope for better results, if not then I'll inform Aki, the Manager, about this. I really hope they get it right next time....

The place is a little scary. The sign doesn't work and the place is kinda dark and dirty. They ran out of cups (how do you run out of cups!) and management let the kids run around screaming and throwing stuff at each other. I was waiting for a kid to slip on some spilled soda and crack their head on the floor. I don't think I'll be eating there again. Just take out.
