Excellent place to eat and always a pleasure to eat here. Very pleasant place to enjoy your food and family atmosphere. Always, ALWAYS couteous and fast with there service as any other place that takes their time to cook their good food. Thanks Cafe Montclair, JOB WELL DONE!!

The food at Cafe Montclair is DELICIOUS! I eat there often and am never disapointed. To make things better, the people there are some of the nicest people Ive ever met.

EXCELLENT! I went there today for the first time. Very clean place, freindly service & an overall nice atmosphere. I ordered the Sirloin tip stroganoff. I started with the meatball soup and fresh bread. This place is awesome!!! My folks eat there regularly and have never had anything but a great meal. Good prices also. The beef stroganoff will fill up the biggest hunger and it's under $10

I agree with the last review. The service and the food have been excellent. My husband was a Chef for many years and we love good quality food with attention to detail. I have had there swordfish, filet mignon, shrimp all have been delicious. As a special once I had the cream of carrot soup I wanted to lick my bowl it was so good. Lets not forget that they have incredible desserts, creme brulee, bread pudding, cheesecake, and all homemade. One last thing, I told my friends about Cafe Montclair and they just called me to tell me how incredible there food was and how much they enjoyed the owners and the service that they provided. They took over from a diner so there working on the atmosphere, I'll admit it could be nicer, but lets be patient and keep them in business long enough to fix it. If you want great gourmet food this is some place you want to try, but hurry because there going to get busy once the word gets out.

I love this place my mom Alana works here and that guy that said it takes 45 min. to get your food is wrong he is just impatient!I love it here it is nice inside and is always nice and clean.

Have come here 3 times. Nice place, friendly, BUT SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW..always takes 45 mins to an hour to get your FOOD! why:???? I dont know. it was never crowded! first 2 times had the burger with chips it was really good BUT it took forever to get the order! We had to threaten to leave before they finally said it will be here soon. They do give a nice portion of food but not very cheap though. 3rd time I took my daughter there I thought we could sit in the outside section/room which is very nice but they said it was reserved. the other sections are ok but seating is weird. I didnt like it at all. I wanted to sit in the other area its a room attached but its made up to look like you're outside with nice big seats and ceiling fans. But they said it was reserved. It was, they arrived 45 mins after we sat down and we DIDNT get our food yet! so yeah we have been in there when they arrived. My daughter told them NO onions as she is ALLERGIC TO ONIONS! We thought the waitress wrote it down. Her order came I had the same chicken sandwich but with the onions. well i guess they cooked them together cause my daughter was very sick all nite after eating there. as soon as we were leaving she began to cough and feel sick. Nice family but they really need to hire more help or something and also listen to people. Please get the food to people faster.I expect my food within 15mins after i order not 45 mins or more!!! I wont go there again.
