Graziano's Pizza Restaurant, Rancho Cucamonga

Graziano s is terrific, and anyone who gives it a bad rating needs to take the stick out of their butt, or they haven t had sex in 10 years.

Wish I could give it zero stars. To start, when I picked up the Specials stand on the table to read what they offer for lunch, it stuck to my hand. The table, too, felt sticky. The menu was so ragged and tattered that it was annoying to handle. The carpet was dark and looked like it was just as dingy as the Specials stand. I explained to the waitress (short brown hair) that I m watching my calories, and asked her which of the items on the Seniors menu were cooked with the least oil. She looked at me blankly. I gave her a bit more direction by asking specifically about the eggplant parmigiana. She answered, I don t know. I think it s baked. Then...uh...I don t know. She didn t offer to go check with the cook, she didn t apologize for not knowing, she simply didn t care. A man sitting at another table spoke up and said it was prepared with a lot of grease (he was either an employee or a regular because the cook came out later and sat with him). I appreciated his input. However, if he was an employee, he should have stepped in and helped answer my question. Since I didn t want just a green salad but could not get the waitress s help in ordering, I unhappily decided not to eat. My friend chose a personal sized-pizza. He said it was soggy. He picked at bits of the crust and ate about half. I had a couple of bites of crust that remained. In addition, I summoned up the courage to try the sausage, but found that it was mediocre. The plate ran with grease. The waitress came to refill the drinks once or twice. Otherwise, she didn t check on us. I could have overlooked the dirt and the grease and even the poor food. But the astonishingly uncaring customer service left me cold. The fact that she s not trained demonstrates that the restaurant is under bad management. My friend works near the store and we go out to eat often, but Graziano s will never get our business again.

My husband and I visited Graziano's Restaurant for the first time this evening based on the reviews we read on Yahoo! Local. All the positive reviews were correct! This restaurant was definitely a local gem for Italian food. Everything they make at the restaurant was made from scratch with fresh and authentic ingredients. The pizza was delicious and their Garlic knots (appetizer) was the best we've tasted EVER! Besides the beer we ordered to wash our scrumptious dinner down, we ended the meal with the most delicious Spumoni I've had in the States so far. If you haven't tried this place yet, round up the family and head over for some lunch or dinner today!

The Restaurant is great because the owner's are great as well. and the prices are unbeatable... really they are unbeatable. I get a pizza and some italian salads or pasta for basically nothing.. I mean it. Love their food, thank you Graziano's Thank You Sal Galioto for the special service you provide us.

GRAZIANOS PIZZA IS AMAZING, my whole extended family and i go atleast once a week, sometimes 5 times a month, the service is incredible, you feel like you are visiting old friends, it is a relaxed atmosphere but still a great dining experience, everyone is always happy! the servers are great and the food is EXCEPTIONAL! the pizza is the best you will ever have, the sandwiches so full of meet and weggies and everything great, they will make it however you want it, THE PASTA IS TO DIE FOR, i highly recomend the pasta aldiavalo, its delicious. the cook and owsners are straight from sicily so everything is homemade and authemtic, right down to all of thier salad dressings!! everything is house made. mmmmmm im hungry just thinking about it, the calzones are amazing too, full of creamy ricotta cheese and gooey rich mozzarella and ofcourse any toppings you want, YOU NEED to try this place if you havent, you'll be hooked!

Graziano's Pizza is a bit overrated. Pizza was Ok, nothing special; the hot wings were horrible and a bit overpriced, I have to admit, I was impressed by the good service.

when i need my eggplant fix and my (italian) Mom doesn't feel like cooking, I come here...it is pretty good eggplant. And they also make a great sandwich (capicollo,provolone,avocado) YUM! and last their pizza is very good. It is a nice family restaurant.

Very nice place, This family restaurant goes the extra mile to insure you're satisfied. They feature a very nice antipasto buffet with nicely prepared items including sausage and meatballs and pizza! I understand they also have live jazz music on the weekends. Nice time, check it out.

Grazinos has the best pizza in town!!! If you looking for a Grazianos thats all about profit and not food then go to the surroung Fontana or Upland! RANCHO CUCAMONGA pizza/italian food is the best!!!!! SO delicious!
