TERRIBLE service. The people that work here are extrememly RUDE. I ve never had such bad customer service. Will not be back.

my wife an I sat at the bar here tonight and were ignored for the most part -we sat for almost 20 minutes with empty glasses--when we go the manager James attention he told us we were not welcome there--I have been a resident of Claremont for 40 years and have never been treated so rudely-this is a rude and obnoxious place and would not recommend it to anyone

Good food, great service...........can t go wrong here!!

My husband and I ate this establishment. The food is big portions and the services has a lot to be desired. My peeve: my husband included his tip with the bill and 2 days later he found out this place added their own tip. Thanks alot Heroes for the lousy service and greed!!!!!!

AWFUL SERVICE VERY VERY SAD AND THEY ARE SOOOO....BUSY, FOOD WAS GOOD I WILL GIVE THEM THAT, BUT STAFF GOT TO GO, THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND IM THE CUSTOMER WOW!!!!! LASTLY POOR SERVICE WILL GET YOU A POOR TIP, WELL JUST GOT HOME AND CHECK MY STATEMENT AND MY BILL WAS AN ADDITONAL $5.29, SO SINCE THEY GOT A POOR TIP THEY HAVE DECIDED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL TIP FOR THEM, I WILL DEFINITELY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WOULD THEY CHANGE THE AMOUNT THAT I FIRST SIGN......I SMELL ALL KINDS OF FRAUD, SO FOR ANYONE OUT THERE PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR STATEMENT THE MOMENT YOU GET HOME.....I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE......

Despite, some bad reviews me and my wife desided to stop by for lunch. The food and service was excellent !! Bring your appetite when you come here because the food is huge. We are looking forward to are next trip back to Heros And Legands. Thanks Guys For A Wonderful Lunch. You guys are the best !!!

Went to this place for the first time last week. The service was lousy. Granted, it was crowded when I went, but when the server finally did come around, she was not friendly. However, the food was great, a little pricey, but delicious! The highlight for me was the BEER selection. They have many beers on tap, including imports such as doppelbocks, microbrews, and much more. If you are looking for a place to drink with your buddies, this would be a good place. They also have tvs for watching the big game. I would go back.

Cool place. Needs more women on the weekends. Definately don't order anything more than a beer or they will take forever and give you something you didn't order.

It has all you could want: Great atmosphere, funky college town vibe, great food, friendly caring service, huge portions. Don't miss it when in Claremont.
