THIS POLLO LOCO SUCKS MAN THEY ALWAYS HAVE LONG LINES THEY TAKE FOREVER TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO GIVE IT TO YOU PLUS THEY NEVER WANT TO GIVE U ENOUGH SALSA IF U GO THERE BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES FOR YOUR FOOD IN THE DRIVE IN

This is the worst El Pollo i have been to. It takes forever to take and receive your order and they are never friendly. I feel like i am imposing on them.

I am a Pollo Loco fan but this place is often messy. The floors need sweeping, the condiments area is messed up, and the service ranges from slow to crawl. I eat at other Pollo Loco's because of this. See for yourself.

i lovee pollo loco, just not this place. their customer service is horrendous and the place very messy and dirty, they always mess us my orders and dont care about the customer at all. i drive all the way to the covina location where they are much nocer and cleaner!
