Islands Restaurant, Burbank

Love this place with its surfer hut feel and the freshness of the food and the taste and quality you can not go wrong here at Islands , I recommend this place to all my friends specially the Hula burger! its very tasty!oh and they have a great great tortilla soup! omg its awsome! I really hope if you decide to go to Islands you will see and feel why I recomend this place so much! enjoy!!!!!

Upside: Great Burgers. Excellent roasted chicken Entree. Excellent Mud Pie. Down Side: Taco's are tasty, but not worth the price for what you get. Do not order the salads, a big dissapointment, especially for what you pay. The fries are good if you can get then hot. however, it seems you always get small end pieces. Islands is over all a good eatery, but a little over priced. In Burbank, the service tends to be a little slow, even when they are not busy. BEWARE WHAT YOU ORDER !

Far from being unpleasant, the soothing thud of a chill-out soundtrack coupled with the friendly army of waiting staff encourage the feeling that you’re cocooned from the outside world; at a restaurant as relaxing as a health spa.

THE SERVICE IS USUALLY PRETTY GOOD. I LOVE THEIR FISH TACOS.. THAT'S WHAT I GET EVERY SINGLE TIME.. WITH A NICE ICEY COLD BEER! GOOD PLACE TO TAKE THE KIDS!

I always enjoy my food from each of Islands' many locations, but Burbank is my favorite as far as service and atmosphere. Whether you order a burger, tacos or a chicken sandwich, the food is served quick and hot, and with a smile. The prices are steadily climbing, but they are still a great value compared to other restaurants here in town.

This is one of those places in Burbank where I hear that people I know eat here often, but I have never seen anybody I know here! Burbank is like a small town, and there are limited popular places, so it's surprising that I don't see friends or others here. Last year I came here every week, and the food and service are good, but it gets to be a bit expensive in the end. It's a good atmosphere, but a bit loud sometimes. Overall though, I recommend coming by here for lunch every now and then.

This place is a great place for a first, second, heck any date.
