Prosecco Trattoria, Toluca Lake

This restaurant is my husband's and my favorite! From Amy and Eric to the wait staff, quality and service reign supreme. This restaurant has the ambiance of old Italy with coodinated eclectic charm. Love it!

First time. I could have and probably should have stopped with the soup and salad. There were delicious. The carrot purree and the arugula salad with strawberries were excellent. The waitress (didn't get her name) was fantastic. However, the bus boy was annoyingly too eager to take my plate. He didn't ask and later found it important to start replacing salt and pepper shakers in the middle of the meal. It almost ruined it for me. Since we got there late, I felt rushed by the staff ready to go home. The main dish, angel hair pasta, had good ingredients but was served too hot to taste. The waitress is excellent and the soup and salads are really extraordinary. Just try to avoid the busty bus boy.
