Used to love the Tri Tip, but lately the quality is lousy. Overall the quality of food and the personnel (they seem to have non-caring attitudes) is going downhill. Used to be a great place, but we will not be patronizing Chuy s anymore.
Our family has been coming here for 10 years. It is has very casual beach-bar feel for a family restaurant.

It's a great, relaxing way to let your hair down and discuss philosophy, UFO's, pro-race rallies and the meaning of 42. Margaritas and chips abound. And, why, yes. You can have a meal too at Chuy's. With an otherwise beach bar atmosphere, it reminds me of My Brother's Bar in Denver's LoDo - as it's an overall great eclectic end of the week hang out in the heart of the San Fernando Valley.
