Harolds is AMAZING!!!! There is a wait if you go on a weekend morning but that's because these people know it is worht it!!! You get a TON of food! You could make two meals out of a meal. Anyone who says it is pricey is unappreciative and not taking into account that they get to have a second meal at home later if they choose to. And the tastes and combinations are amazing!! They have like at least 30 choices of different omelettes. They even have a PB&J omelette!! Whaaaaaat?

Harold's They recently made a new menu. Their PRICES INCREASED, to the point IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Grilled Cheese sandwich is like $9.95. The food is average. The decor is less than diner quality. I would recomend breakfast only. The omelettes are very good and quite large. For Lunch or Dinner, go else where for the quality and price. I would recomend The Country Harvest in Newbury Park.

maybe it was because i grew up with glen warner, harolds son,that the omelettes at his dads place were so damn good and gigantic! it always seemed to me that harold or glen always made the omelettes gigantic like that! i also happen to know the secret ingredient that makes the eggs so puffy like that. got it from glen himself! its a simple ingredient.. so if you see this post glen i hope all is ok your way!! il be back to visit my sister and i,ll swing by your house and say hello!! steven janssen

You don't go to Harold's for the decor, to be impressed, for the service or for the meal of a life-time. You go because it's funky and been here a long time...it's just 'Harold's'. Where else can you get a puffy omelette and a pancake the size of a serving platter?

Food just OK. Interior cramped and ugly. Waitstaff seem bored. Expensive!

Great place for breakfast! The omlettes are insane! Also, suprisingly, on MEAT FRIDAY, the prime rib was exceptionaly juicy and flavorful -- and a real bargain. A nice king cut of quality, juicy meat for about $15. I don't think you will find that ANYWHERE! Don't be afraid of the prices. Some say the omlettes are too pricey, and they can seem that way...but share one with your friend or family member. There will be enough to share. A big suprise to us. This place is a real gem. They have specials almost every day of the week, making it very affordable for everyone. I watched as a family of 4 ate from only 2 menu items. They all were full and they had leftovers. Give this place a try!

I tried Harolds House of Omelettes this Weekend and wasn't impressed. The food is average. The service is sub-par and inside the restaurant is just plain ugly. Extremely Overpriced-$13.50 for an Omelette.

My boyfriend and I go almost every Sunday. We try to make sure we get there before 8:30 a.m. because we know if we don't, it can get quite crowded. Harold's has the best breakfast there is, ANYWHERE. The ham makes you feel you are in the south, where they take their breakfast seriously. The omelets are huge! One of the things we love to do, is watch new people order. They expect the usual amount of food from other restaurants and end up bringing 1/2 of the food home. After that, we see them the next week coming back again and again. The servers are like family. They always come back and ask if everything is OK or if they can give you anything more. The restaurant may seem smaller than some restaurants, but there are two rooms and the problem is, it is so popular that you may have to wait. So if you want to eat the best breakfast you will ever have, go to Harold's.

Small, cramped, space, but large portions, magnificent omelets and good, friendly service. Can get a bit crowded at peak times, but go a bit early and you'll be well rewarded.
