The best Japanese sushi around. Traditional and perfect quality not the usual Chinese/Japanese. This is the real deal and excellent service.

I'm somewhat of a regular here and it is always great. The chefs are friendly and talkative. The food is good and they serve larger cuts of fish than most places.

Great Sushi

I come here often for lunch and love that it's never too crowded to get a table. The service is fast and the food is great. Their spicy tuna is the best I've ever had, there is just something about it. Give this place a try - you'll enjoy it.

Top-Tier Sushi

I happened across Kaminari Sushi last night, as it is an unlikely location for amazing sushi. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. This is the place in Westlake to go for quality sashimi cuts (including some very rare specials like blue fin tuna) and innovative hand rolls. The sushi chefs are artists working with the best ingredients around. A great place, we'll definitely become regulars.

Kaminari Sushi� you�ve tried the rest, now try the BEST. I was recently introduced to this wonderful sushi bar in Westlake Village. As a sushi-fanatic, I 've been to many sushi bars both here and all over L.A�.this one tops them all! The owner/chef makes the most delectable sushi specials. The toro sashimi melted in my mouth. I could have kept ordering the toro, but had to try some other fish too. Everything I tried was so good, I can't wait to go back.
