Extremely rude waitress who brought a wrong soup order, then with the soup ordered, served it lukewarm. Became hostile when I asked that the soup be re-heated. Have been a very long time customer of at least 15 years. Needless to say, will never return.
This is a terrible establishment to order pastries or a cake for a wedding. They are very disorganized and rude. I made an appt. with Leo, and drove all the way down from Ventura, but he wasn't there. The lady who was there however, was all prepared to write down my order of hundreds of pastries (worth $500) but then was all freaked out when I asked to try one. She called the owner, Miriam, who was incredibly rude to me, making me feel like I was in off the street to get free food samples. (By the way, the pastries are only so-so.) Even though I told her that I did have an appointment, she was insistent that I NOT try any. To make a long story short, they didn't get my order and I took my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place because they do not seem to value their customers at all.
