Taste of India, Woodland Hills

i have been to many Indian restaurant in Los Angeles and the USA but this is the closest i have had to the food i ate when i was in India...its the best!...very very good

I just went once and ordered a spicy veg biriyani. I can blame it on the day which thought me to come here, the spicy food brought me tears in my eyes and I need to finish my raita very badly even before I ate 1/4th. The waitor (senior most member) here understood the problem with the dish and came back with medium spiced food. Ooh.. My bruning stomach could put off fire only after a couple of days. I can rate this for two at this time.

I love Indian food and have gone to many places. This place is the BEST!!!! Everyone is so friendly, and the food is delicious! Best chicken tikka masala you will ever have!

This place is GREAT. It was recently remodeled and the new decor is wonderful. Low lighting, very romantic, nice water fall near the bar. Service is excellent and this is THE BEST Indian food in LA. Enjoy!

I really like ordering food fromt his place to be picked up. They have excellent food. The portion size is good and the Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan bread are awesome!

Great new look and fantastic tasting food. The food has greatly improved in quality from my previous visits. The curry is rich, the meat is tender and juicy, the tamarind sauce is thick, fish pakora is great and the tandoori meat is juicy and tasty. The waiters remember what you like to order. Good parking. One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to and I have eaten Indian food all over the world.

This is a very nice place you might not guess it from the outside, the vegetarian food is top notch, it is pleasant yet relaxed atmosphere.

Their food is usually good, however last night was a horrible experience. Either this was an accident or the flavor of the day - excessive mint spoiled everything. If possible opt mint out.
