the place is great the place is very clean and the food is very fresh and the taste is superb and the service is great and the employees are very nice and friendly i recommend this place

Terrible service. Hosts will seat you and throw menus on the table and leave. It takes forever for anyone to notice and take your drink order. Food takes forever to get to your table and it's usually room temperature by the time it happens. Don't eat here. There are better places to get full and spend your hard earned money.

I used to work here. I never got tired of the excellent food. Servers are friendly and interactive, especially when obliged. The management had always been awesome to work under; creating a welcoming environment for the guest. For those of you who didn't like the mash potato try the potato cakes. For those of you who didn't like the ribs, try something different because their large menu offers something for everyone. If the service isn't as quick as you would like it to be, consider the pace of the restaurant (its not fast food), everything is homemade and cooked to order.

Real bad experince. Don't eat here. If you order appetizers they arrive at the same time your dinner arrives. And your main course is cold when they serve it to you. They take such a long time to give you drink refills. If you like to pay for this type of service then this is the place for you.

Hugh portions of food .. Overall quality is good

This place is one of my favorites. My son and I make it a tradition to eat here every Christmas eve. I especially love the Jumbalya, ribs, potatoe skins. And they have taken the time to show what items are gluten free, which helps me with my gf diet.

I love to eat at Claim Jumpers. They have alot to choose from and if you're really hungry, the portions are huge. But I see it as, more to take home and eat later!
