Very disappointing. I am a frequent diner who called from out of state to take care of my daughters bill....as a surprise. My request was...no, we'd need to see credit card...didn't offer me....a choice of scanning, uploading, etc... to them...nothing...very disheartening. I am across the country and my daughter is having a difficult day. Isn't it a shame that due to credit card theft we have forgotten to think...that maybe, just maybe, somebody is good out there. Sad...

Salty food all around, from the appetizer to the main dish. I took my aunt out there for her birthday, because she's never been there. You are definitely only paying for the ambience, pretty dim, not too much to it. You have to not have Chinese food before, because for comparison sake you'll be happier with Panda Express. It's kind of harsh, but they displayed soy sauce and hot mustard like it's a delicacy to add on the ingredients to the over-salted food. Take my word for it. I only have one nice thing to say, because the ginger peach tea was excellent.

dining at PF Chang's only when: 1. you are on the first date and your date request chinese 2. no chinese community where you live 3. when you feel ambience is more important than food 4. company paying you to take a client out to lunch and your customer wants chinese 5. you've never had chinese food before so you have no expectation or comparison. I only tried it once and it was exactly the way i thought it would be, a total showcase, food is 50% higher in price than your neighborhood chinese restaurant and everything is deadly salty. did a good job on the hardware but too little for the food.

good service & food but noisy
By love4coke, 3/12/07
went a few times at lunch with no waits, food was ok, but their beef dishes is the saltiest I have ever tasted in any restaurant, got sick when I went home, but other dishes was fine, and services are always attentive. recommend.

Once was enough
By Lorraine, 11/25/06
The food was 'ok', but not memorable. The server was very nice, but this is easily the nosiest place I've ever been to. It might be better as take-out. Won't go back

Which PF Chang?
By hs, 8/31/06
Pasadena PF C does not live up to their branches in San Diego and Walnut Grove. Pasadena lacks the well-trained staff and the dishes are inconsistant. Though I live in Pasadena, I prefer dining in San Diego where the staff is extremely helpful, the food is consitantly good. I wish they had not changed the menu by deleating some excellent pork dishes..

My all time favorite
By Devin, 11/8/05
You must try the Crispy Honey Shrimp, Mongolian Beef, Lettuce Wraps, Shang Hai Dumplings... must I go on? Moderately priced...take a bunch of people and do it family style!

PF CHangs

The food is great! Service is pretty good. However, the wait is ridiculous!!! It seems as if they keep you waiting even when there are tables available!
