Description

The Raymond restaurant offers inspired, seasonal cooking featuring the finest selection of ingredients paired with a diverse collection of wines from top West Coast and international producers and hand crafted culinary cocktails produced in our bar, 1886. The restaurant is housed in the former caretaker's cottage of the storied Raymond Hotel. It is a slice of Pasadena's historic past and carries on it's great traditions of hospitality and architecture with it's indoor cottage seating and outdoor craftsman style heated patios.

this is one of the best places to celebrate your annaversity because of its romatic little house and the service is perfect visit in th summer time and dinner.

The best restaurant in Pasadena

The Raymond is a great restaurant hidden off of Fair Oaks. They have great drinks, great food and the best service! Try the crabcakes or anything Losbter! And don't miss the dessert.

Superb romantic experience

My boyfriend took me to The Raymond for Valentine's Day and it was a lovely evening. They've just recently redecorated and it's very intimate and cozy inside. The food is fabulous. Kind of eclectic. A little American. A little European. He splurged and order a great bottle of wine. I felt like we had gotten away for the weekend, not just the night. I fell in love with the place. I highly recommend it.

Good, but a bit pricey

I thought the food was good, but it was a bit expensive for how good it was. The chef was very kind, though, and created a dish specifically to accomodate my dietary restrictions.
