Welcome to Kotosh Restaurant. We offer an extensive menu of Peruvian dishes paired and combined with the creativity of Japanese sushi expertise. The result is an eclectic blend that is ever so enticing. Kotosh is the "manifestation of art" dating back to 2500 B.C. in Peru. Between 1960 and 1962 Kotosh was founded by Japanese Archeologists. One unique feature of Kotosh is the river running through the sun, which has been incorporated into our logo.
