Last night I had a bad experience with your restaurant, I ordered a shrimp bowl to go and when I bit into one it was stale, hard, old. I went back to the store to get my money back and the cashier gave a somewhat of a hard time about giving me my money back but she eventually did. She claimed that she put the shrimp to cook herself, which was not true and that that is how your shrimp tastes, also not true. The manager was not around to make a decision that will satisfy a customer, I wish there were more responsible people working there not just rookie high-school students.
