bad service is one thing...
how about NO service? My husband, son, and I went last night. We were in business casual attire (no reason to ignore us, right?). I stood at the front desk, waiting to be seated. SEVERAL employees milled around, some flirting amongst each other... NO ONE spoke to us. We waited several minutes... nothing. NO service whatsoever. After several minutes we left. Such a pity I will never be returning - the sushi was decent both in quality and price. But I will take my business elsewhere.
