The food at this place is amazing. At lunch time, they have a great deal; big portions and so cheap. They have the best Saltado de Pollo ever. I have tried it at other Peruvian restaurants and it doesn't compare.. Highly recommended for Pervian food. A+

Very low key, but not low end. The chicken is the best. It is not Mexican at all. No tortillas. Great place. Worth the drive.

i love the food here i take everyone i meet for the first time to this place ane everyone i have brought loves it the prices are great and the food is sooo yumm, but i have to say the servers are not all that great atleast the ones i always get, other than that the food is goooood!

Good food, good price, ok service

Good chain of Peruvian restaurants. This was my first taste of Peruvian food when I first went to the Gardenia restaurant. El Rocoto is the only Peruvian restaurant I've been to in the greater LA area that is better than it. Prices are fairly cheap, they give a good quantity and it tastes very good. Service sometimes is a little slow.
