Best hole in the wall Japanese.
Iccho is a tiny restaurant that serves sushi and other authentic Japanese cuisine. Walk in on a Friday or Saturday night and you are sure to rub elbows with drunk--but jolly--Japanese businessmen and a crowd that roars in a foreign tongue. It doesn't take much imagination to pretend you're eating in a restaurant in Japan. Su-udon (hot bowl of noodles) is a good dish for beginners, but there are lots of exotic choices for the bold appetite. All sushi is very fresh. I recommend the maguro tuna sushi and the crunchy roll. Expect a long wait to get in on a Friday or Saturday night.
