don't go here! i go to starbuck to, write, relax and have some peace and quiet with my coffee. however, there are some mentally unstable people that walk in everyday and destroy whatever peace there is (or was). sadly, management there does not attempt to remove these strange, irritating, nerve-wracking ( and even scary to some I'm sure) individuals. I'm an ex MMA fighter and martial arts instructor, and I don't want to have to f$#@! one these guys up so i just avoid going there althogether! (by the way, it had to be the starbucks in MY neighborhood!)
The Starbucks on La Brea and Centinela in Inglewood has the worst customer service of any other Starbucks in the local area. Every time we go in there to get a cup of coffee there are always new people working there and they are always grumpy. A Starbucks should always be relaxing and peaceful this one does not meet those requirements.
I can understand the need to charge extra for extras, but to have to pay extra to get caramel in a caramel frap?? Does that mean I have to pay extra to get coffee with a cup of coffee, or will it just come the hot water?
i have went to this starbucks 4 times because it has a drive through it is the worst starbucks i every had each time it was nasty but i kept going back hoping it would change. around christmas time i had the eggnog latte tast like medicine. the last vist Jan-7-2009 cinammon latte simple it taste like dirt i was so upset i throuhj in the trash i took it to work so i could not return it i will never ever in life visit this starbucks. each time a very bad experience.
OMG! Not only does this Starbucks offer THE best customer service in the WHOLE city of Inglewood; but they operate a drive-thru! For someone on-the-go, this is like driving by Java Heaven! You can get your espresso and scone on your way to work. Thank You, kindly, Magic Johnson! It feels A-MA-ZING having a Starbucks within walking distance of my home. I will be stopping by every morning before taking the kiddies to school!
