The Mercedes Grille is located right next to the beach. The dog friendly patio is popular with celebs and locals who enjoy drinking mojitos and margaritas while watching colorful sunsets. Mercedes serves a blend of Cuban, Caribbean and Latin fusion cuisine with an American Grill influence. Meals are fresh and healthy with tasty spices and sauces. Excellent choices include the spicy jerk chicken and mango chutney enchiladas, crab & artichoke enchiladas and the stuffed corn meal raisin chicken breast topped with jerk plum sauce. There is a happy hour, full bar with specialty drinks and a weekend brunch.

Excellent food and service! The friendliness of the staff compliments the delicious meals. I love their selection of wine. A great place for a romantic date.

Been a local for 13 years. have never been impressed. the food is ok, only ok. the breakfast is not good. The characters working their seem unsupervised and it shows. Service is not a big deal at this venue. Sushi bar next door has same issues. There are other places to spend your money.

amazing salads, enchiladas , and sangrias!!! I went there with my boyfriend and it was a good vibe resturant with friendly service but a little slow for our liking! GREAT FOOD WHEN YOU HAVE TIME!

GREAT for Vegetarians!!

They have a whole section of the menu for veggies, with unusual veggie entree's like jerk tofu. A real treat if you're sick of the same 'ole same 'ole vegetarian fare. The chairs are rock hard, service so-so but it's worth it for the food. Right by the beach, too.

Fine place for breakfast in Venice/Marina area. Had the Eggs Benedict which were excellent and a side of cuban beef hash- mighty tasty. Fruit was fresh and tasty. Plenty of food. Potatoes were...ok, but all else good. They should have more dishes with the beef hash. I had to order it as a side...

From Rats to Riches???

After a week long closure (due to rodent infestation) of what was once a great place to eat, Mercedes Grill has almost doubled their prices!!! The food is as good as ever but, the portions are smaller and the prices are outrageous. They are the most expensive hamburger on the square at $15.95. JEEZ!!! Does that come with bourbon?? $22.00 for a HALF CHICKEN BREAST???
