Open for Lunch Monday through Friday and Dinner daily, the Shanghai Red's menu offers delicious cuisine specializing in steaks and fresh seafood. The view AND meal.. killer combo

I was taken here for a nice quiet dinner. The atmosphere was spectactular, its hard to believe that this restaurant sits on the docks, where it does, because once you enter you are taken to another place. The shrimp was wonderful and I am an avid seafood lover... and you HAVE to have dessert... chocolate covered strawberries yum! I'm a huge fan of Gladstones.. this is not that place. But it has a wonderful atmosphere if you want an intimate meal.. even better if you sit outside!

We were there for Easter Brunch, the restaurant and the location are excellent but the food was not good at all. It was so packed that it was even hard to walk and it was very pricy.

Good reception for the wedding

We really enjoyed the food when we held the 50 years wedding anniversary of my parents. The ambiance is superb and service is very good.

Ate brunch there today (8/24). Wow. Total zoo. I am not a foodie, but this place is just one step up from the local high school cafeteria. Not a big step up, either. The food is a bargain at $7.99 -- except it cost $32.50, plus tip (for the waiters who do absolutely nothing except refill cheap champagne and bring you the bill). Run, don't walk, from this place. You pay for the view, which you won't get anyway because there are so many poeople between you and the window.

I was first hesitant of cheking out the place BUT I received excellent service the food was great and you really can't beat the view... ahh it was great both during the day and at night. They have a wonderdul Sunday brunch but it does get a little crowded. It's best during the week or even on a Saturday night.

classy yet real: i totally love this place, kinda hidden away, quiet, harbor type ocean view, indoor/outdoor seating, decent prices just high enough that the kiddies and the local rifraff wont go here (thank god). i can't say enough about this place. servers down to earth, friendly, and attentive. well worth the 15%+ tip. ya can't go wrong here..
