The steak quality doesn t match Fleming s price. I had the bone-in ribeye and it s simply not a steak worth $50. Not very tender and too much cracked black pepper, overwhelming whatever flavor the fine beef might have had. The center of the steak was cold and boderline raw, not rare, raw.
The happy hour is lively here, though, if you want to go for a burger and a beer with the boys, that might be a good time.
As for my steak dinner and the money I spent, it s 1 out of 5 stars. I ve made a better steak on my backyard bbq grill, and I m no chef.
