El Pollo Inka, Lawndale

The food is great but I will never come back there again. One time I was ignored waiting to be seated. They were seating people who came after me w/o reservations! Another time they sat me down and I waited for over 10 mins and still no service. They served those that came after me. I've a regular customer and I've never had any problems until now. I always tip good so I don't know what's the deal. I've heard from other people that they have poor customer service. NOW I KNOW!!!

I will never go there again after tonights service.When my group of 9 people got there to eat we all put our orders.Before they bring your food out they usually bring a basket of bread w/butter,instead the waitress comes to our table telling us they are out of bread and we are like out of bread?how can that be if the people next to us and in back of us showed up after us and they got a basket of bread and people continued coming in to eat and they all got basket of bread,so one of my family member goes up to the front to ask them why does the waitres say they are out of bread but every other group of people showing up get bread so how are they out of bread for us,the man got nervous and did not know what to say except to say that the bread we are getting are the bread for the to go orders..So she ask's are you out of bread or not?man apologized and took us 2 basckets of bread....YEAH AND THEY WERE OUT OF BREAD...We were discriminated ...rude and very bad customer service..waitress was speechless.

This place offers excellent tasting dishes. I don't know how to explain the difference in taste. And menus. But this site offers more for your taste buds to enjoy.

The food is good. But customer service can be improved. They give you an attitude and are not very accommodating If you would like to substitute a side for a different one not a more expensive side even if it cost cheaper, they don't want to change it even for a few cents more. All I ask for was beans instead of rice it doesn�t seem very difficult, but they made it seem that I was asking for gold. Hope they can learn better customer service my friends have said the same.
