In 1981, our father, Vincent V. Fabrocini, first opened his Italian Kitchen in Tarzana. He always used the best ingredients. He taught us to cook by hand and taste, never by measure. He used family recipes handed down from generation to generation. We continue this tradition today. This restaurant is dedicated to his memory and his wonderful recipes.
