Good Sevice! Fast Service,I like their New York Steak special.

I have gone to Norms for years. You just never know what to expect. You definitely get your moneys worth but the quality of service and food can vary from poor to good and rarely very good. But just like everything in life you get what you pay for. If is junk send it back! They are open 24 hours and good for a late night snack but beware. I think it has do do with the short order cooks attitude at the time. They get very busy and you have a 50/50 chance what will happen then! Good Luck but who knows.

I started eating at this Norms on Pico in late eighties as a student from UCLA. I'm yet to find a better value for casual dining!!! The food and service has been better than ever lately, since the remodel. I assume there is a management change??? I've been to many Norms in years... but this one stands out as the best! The service is fast and friendly, food is great, the place is very clean, specially for the business they have, and the value is excellent. If you are there early evening, they have this great steak for about seven bucks with soup, salad, potato, bread, vegi, and dessert. Every person I took to this store has been hooked on this restaurant. It is beyond me how they do it over here??? Let me know if anyone has an answer!!!

MARK & BONNIE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER SINCE DEC.30,2001 TO OCT.23,2002 (298 DAYS) I, MARK WANT TO THANK NORM'S RESTAURANT ON 11001 W. PICO BLVD.LOS ANGELES,CA FOR THOSE WONDERFUL EIGHT MONTHS THAT BONNIE'S MOTHER: ANN TOOK US TO NORM'S. ANOTHER FRIEND NAME HENRY HAD HIS BIRTHDAY THERE AT NORM'S. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, & SO WAS THE FOOD. I CAN NOT THINK OF A TIME THAT I'VE BEEN AT NORM'S THAT WE HAD BAD SERVICE, OR BAD FOOD. I'VE MISSED NORM'S RESTAURANT NOW BECAUSE I'M LIVING ON THE EAST COAST, BUT I'VE MISSED BONNIE, ANN, HERNY, & PAM. LAST VISIT DATE IS WRONG.

No matter what dinner you have at Norms, its good simple food! The value is the absolute best in L.A. and even the hardiest of appetites is bound to have to take home a doggie bag! Soup, salad, entree and desert all for a really cheap price! The steaks at the one on Pico for some reason seem to be better than the other restaurants in the chain - who knows why?

Service is fast and friendly, the food is delicious, the decor has recently been updated, and the value is excellent!
