Jerry's Famous Deli Incorporated, West Hollywood

I think the prices for a sandwich are astronomical! Although the food is decent it certainly does not match the prices charged. I have been to a couple of Jerry's deli's (not for past 2-3 years until yesterday)and have always dealt with mediocre and sometimes rude service staff. I think there are much more affordable and better quality delis about the town.

I ate there once, and never again will i eat there. The service was horrible. I ordered a monte cristo sandwich with a coke. The sandwich was was ok, however shortly after taking a few bites and sips of my drink i shortly discovered the brim of the glass had pre existing lip stick marks on it. I found myself spending more time enjoying the scenery of a toilet heaving, rather than enjoying my food. I dont like the thought of possibly putting my lips in the same spot as britany spears. I wasnt charged for this experiance thank god. I talked to the manager and let them know of the possibility of someone contracting Hepititus B from a coca cola classic. Enough said, I highly recommend avoiding this place.

The service stinks! You wait until the waiters are through talking amongest themselves about boyfriends and acting classes..then you may get a nod if your lucky! I've been to the one in Hollywood on beverly bld about a dozen times now and it's always the same. Who ever is the loudest gets served. One time comedian actress gina grafolla out yelled me by 3 decibals and got served first even though I was there 10 minutes before she even arrived. The food depends if the kitchen staff is in a good mood or not one time I asked for super lean corned beef and got a 60% fat between two pieces of rye..another time it was perfect..go figure..one thing I can tell you is constancy is NOT Jerrys Deli's strong suit! But hey if you want to see Prince order a sandwhich while his bodyguard eyes you like he wants to kill you or Bon Jovi get some soup it's a happening place..to bad the help can't get with the program!
