Why do LA deli's even pretend they can make a sandwich? First of all, his place is far from Italian. Why? Because an Italian place wouldn't call a chicken parm sandwich that if they don't bread the chicken. All that is is a chicken sandwich with marinara sauce! And the sandwich I got last week literally had 2 slices of turkey on it. ON AN ITALIAN SUB! AND THEY PUT YELLOW MUSTARD ON IT!! PLEASE!!!! I had an open mind, but they lost my business sorry to say.
The food is great. I usually get the #1 or the Gyro and they are amazing. The salads are HUGE and one salad is more than enough for 2 big meals. The only con is that occasionally the woman that answers the phone will not quite understand what you are asking for, such as dressing on the side or no mayo. Over-all I LOVE this place and eat here at least once a week.
