Bad service to go...

I never got to actually taste their food, but since they told us over the phone that they don't take reservations we went ahead and went on a Saturday night. Of course we expected to wait a long time, and even though 1.5 hours seemed a little too much, they said they'd give us a call to our cell when a table opened up. I sure am glad we decided to go the the steakhouse next door, because it is now over 5 hours and no phone call yet.
