Chicago for Ribs, Los Angeles

Not overly thrilled. They never seem to be very busy, yet the service seems to be soooo slow. I don't know where all the wait staff disappears to! Food is only worth it if you have a coupon!

I was greatly disappointed on Sunday, April 1, 2007 when I visited the Westchester location. My son and I were seated and about five minutes later a young lady took our drink order. Ten minutes later, I left. The waiter walked pass us several times, never acknowledging us. He turned his body away from us. I left. It appeared my business was not wanted, so I left. I will report this to the main office because I want to know why I was not served. This survey requires a rating, so I rated but I don't know the value for the money at this time. Service is in the minus....wouldn't give a one because the young lady serving water didn't smile...wasn't just me....it was others too...Perhpaps, this location is on its' way out of business.

I am originally from the South, so I know ribs. This place has great food at pretty good prices. It is always crowded but the service is always good.
