I called this restaurant to order a $100.00 gift certificate for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. The manager was quite unpleasant and told me to come in and pick it up. I explained that I lived in South Carolina and that he should mail it. He then told me to have my son pick it up. I told him that it was unaccepatable to make people pick up their own gift. He agreed to mail it to me but never did. When I called back he said he would check his office files and call me back. He is a big fat liar because he never mailed it and never called me back. I would discourage anyone from patronizing this place. If their service is anything like I received they will be out of business.

order on a regular basis for delivery.... always comes sooner than they say it will and it is always always delicious. i highly recommend the spinish ravioli in the sage sauce (ravioli di magro) its like a drop of heaven hit your tongue. have also had the pleasure of dining in and the service is very nice although sometimes you have to wait a bit but it is worth it... waiting for my lunch delivery now my mouth is watering

i've been to farfalla several times. the common thread was poor service. even when the restaurant was nearly empty, service was seriously lacking. the food is ok, but nothing out of the ordinary. with so many choices in los angeles, i recommend choosing elsewhere.

Good food had to wait a while with a big group even with a reservation. Wine is over priced,B.Y.O.W. Sevice was acceptable.

i called NUMEROUS times to make an order for pick-up during normal business hours and nobody answered! i tried for 20 min!!! if their service is anything like how they treat their customers who try to call in an order, i would rather eat at il capriccio on vermont and then (as if the first part wasnt enought...) when i tried to send an email it came back undeliverable! some restaurant! never got a chance to try the food, and because of this, WILL NEVER GO THERE! spend your money elsewhere!

The perfect local Italian place. Great food and exellent wine selection! My favorite: (I don't know how to call it in italian) the marscapone, ricotta, and spinach raviolies in a creamy sage sauce! YUM! Make reservations for dinner, it gets busy. It is a small corner place. Service is just a little slow when it's busy, so come expecting to be there a while! SO WORTH IT!
