We have been eating at Versailles for 8 years. Recently, I ordered for takeout, 1 chicken/pork combo. Bill was $17.30. Wow, I know they have refurbished, but we don't feel like paying for that. Good food, high prices. Adios Versailles

very good food, great family dining and lots of fun. I have been with very large groups and the staff was wonderful. Nothing great about interior, but it seems very clean and the food is what it is all about. Dont show up without a reservation...can get very busy.

This place is the best authentic cuban food ever. It's not a fancy place but the food is so great you don't care. The lemon garlic chicken is awesome but so is the pork so get the combo.

The food is good as is the service and it’s not expensive. You can get free refills on your fountain drinks. The food portions are just right. The chicken was a little dry but the rice, beans and Maduros (sweet plantains) were delicious. Overall, I found the food to be tasteful and the presentation appealing. I would and plan to go again. When you first get there you’ll think is a small place but it’s actually quite large inside. FYI, parking is sparse and a bit cramped. It’s not one of those, you have to dress up wear a tie kind of place, it’s more of a, I just want some good food lets take the family kind of place. They also have locations at 1415 S. La Cienega Bldv. in Los Angeles and at 17410 Ventura Blvd, in Encino, CA.

Everyone keeps talking bout the chicken but everytime I've ordered it the taste was kinda bland. You need to order the garlic roast pork which IMO is the best thing on the menu. The service sucks tho.. they always look upset and short.

I went to this place in search of some good cuban food. After reading the reviews I figured this is the spot. What a let down! I have worked as a chef in all aspects of the Restaurant BIZ FOR OVER 20+ and I am not a food snob at all. The Famed Garlic Chicken had zero taste of garlic it was a lemon cornstarch sauce, what a let down. The chicken was cooked well but there was no taste. The best part of the plate was the fried plantian. My wife had the marinaded NY Strip ( it wasnt even a NY Strip it was a piece of bottom round at best) . It was the same as the chicken that lemon taste with fried onions. The black beans tasted as if someone had cooked them in a broth of budwiesser beer, very bland. The rice was sticky and bland. The only good thing about the meal was the mango shake. I dont know if the cook was new or what but it was FAR FAR from being good cuban food. I would not let anyone to go to this Restaurant what a huge let down!!!!
