Minori Restaurant, Los Angeles

To my friends at Minori I miss you all. The Chefs at the Bar thank you for all the good Sushi, the great hospitality and just doing everything possible to make your guests feel at home. Im on the East Coast for I'm not sure for how long and this place is one of the things on my list that I miss. A very Hip neighborhood Sushi House. Try the Whitefish Carpaccio it's one of my favorites. I've at one point tried everything on the menu and it's all excellant. Over the years this Sushi House has evolved into what it is today. A friendly & hospitable place where you can be assured the food is always at its finest.

Meals prepared in the kitchen are decent. Avoid the sushi as the chef cuts small portions. Just down the street at Oishi Sushi they cut huge portions and are similair price.
