In a word, “horrible”. As we had tickets to an 8 o’clock show at the Kodiak theatre, we arrived at 6:00pm. The waitress was friendly and attentive and our drinks arrived soon after we sat down. By 6:35 our order had been place and we looked forward to appetizers which we anticipated we would be able to enjoy before our meal. There were two orders for soup and two orders for spring rolls. When at 7:20 we had not gotten anything, we inquired and were told by the waitress that the kitchen was backed up but because we were in a hurry, she would bring all the food out at once. At 7:30, while still looking at an empty table, we asked the manager to just bring the soup out and cancel the rest of our orders. He spoke briefly to the waitress, the soup arrived 5 minutes later and at 7:45 we left hungry. No apology from the manager. An hour wait for a bowl of soup. Never again “Twist”

I had the good fortune to eat at Twist for dinner a couple times. All the staff took a great amount of pride in the cuisine and rightly so. Every meal was an adventure in flavor and color. A real treat.

Twist has the best brunch! And it's reasonable. For just under $20, you have access to a waffle/omelet bar...made to order, breakfast meats, eggs, potatoes, fresh fruit, smoothies, breads and endless fresh squeezed OJ, coffee & hot cocoa!
