I had their food at the fair and at the resturant, I liked the food, but I found it too salty, and the service way to slow. Too bad, if theyput in half the salt it would be perfect.

I MUST ADMIT MY PALET WAS RATHER PLEASED WITH THE BURSTING FLAVORS THAT CAME THROUGH. H&B HAS PROVEN TO PROVIDE AN EXCLENT ATOMSPHEAR THAT IS BOTH INTIMATE AND ROMANTIC. HOW EVER THE STAFF COULD USE A REFRESHER COURSE OR RECURRENT TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T APPEAR TO BE HAPPY AND THAT IS REFLECTIVE BY THEIR ATTITUDES AND THE LACK OF QUALITY SERVICE WE AS PAYING CUSTOMER SEEM TO FALL VICTUM TO. H&B RAISE THERE PRICES YEARLY PREHAPS THEY SHOULD BRAKE THEIR STAFF A SMALL PIECE OF THE PIE.

For many years Harold & Bells has produced wonderful tasting food, but until recently, the level of service does not reflect the same quality. My last two visits has afforded me rude service from wait staff and condescending behavior from the owner, Denise. These unpleasant behaviors far deminshes any enjoyable experience I had in the past at H&B's. As such, I no longer count it as one of my favorite restuarants.

The best Creole food in L.A.. Family owned since 1969. The Etouffee is better than any you will get in New Orleans.

Best Restauran for Food and Atmosphere
By ,
The Food was a Ten (10) and I rarely give a restaurant that number!!! If you want to make an impression with a woman, guys take her here and enjoy the atmosphere before you dig into the food!!! And It's delicious!!! It's one of the best restaurants overall that I've eaten in in Los Angeles, Ca.

I absolutely loved my experience at Harold & Bells. The ambiance was very intimate, the service nice. The food was absolutely equisite. I will admit that I initially thought the service would stink, but I was greeted at the door with respect as a patron. I would definetly go again. One thing that was dissapointing was that there is not a Harold & Bells in Atlanta,GA. Where i am now.

Best in town...customer service could be improved but they stay so busy they cant devote time just to you. But the food is DELICIOUS! A lil pricey but you get what you pay for. If you're a lobster fan, try the lobster scampi.

Where The Baller's Eat...
By ,
Now I didn't know anything about this restaurant before going except they served good creole food. Me, having a sutle creole heritage and hanging out with 2 of my best friends whose families also hail from Louisiana, we rolled in. When we first got there, it didn't look like a restaurant from the outside and the parking lot was this oversized driveway with some nice cars that looked like they were being featured for sale instead of being owned and temporarily parked. We stumbled in, it was not that crowded, and we were seated in this waiting area that featured these tall bar stools and tall round tables. Nice. I snuck off to the lil girls room and even the bathrooms were very nice. When I returned, my 2 best friends had been seated and I joined them. All the waiters were men...hmmm....and they proceded to put our linen napkins on our laps and served us fresh, clear lemon water. From there, the service only got better. No meal was under $25 and this was lunch! So not really knowing what the meal consisted of in terms of portion, we each ordered. Let me tell you, we all could have eaten from one plate! Ad had left overs. The servings was huge!! We laughed and talked and coyly smiled at the other guests that past our front and center table. Everything was the bomb! Everything you would want in service and a meal. When we were leaving, it was getting very crowded...ballers just coming out the woodwork. Nice cars, nice lookin people, good food, good service, everything was excellante!

The food is great and the service is just as great. You can never eat every thing they put on your plate. I guarantee you will have enough to take home to enjoy again. :-)
