Roscoe's House of Chicken, Los Angeles

Hello everyone this is the place to call home.My father grew up with the Rosco`s bothers so i`ve been eating great food from them all of my life .I always invite friends to come with us ,My step mother comes from Kansas to have Rosco`s i love MOMA Ella .you can never go wrong if you go there to eat.So i say it Big and i Wear the Gear ,Matter of fact my son came down from Arizona to treat me to Rosco`s for Father`s Day .I WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME.Thanks Again Kent Anderson .P.S. FOR THOSE WHO DON`T KNOW .Rosco`s was located on WASHINGTON & LA BREA so that let`s you know how long i`ve been going to Rosco`s.

Went to location on Pico and LaBrea for my sisters birthday. The food was great, the ambiance is friendly and we had a waitress by the name of Mama Ella, who is a sweet elderly woman and knew the menu from top to bottom. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere with great food Roscoes is the place. My family will be going again.

I agree the Pico Labrea location sucks. Bums hanging out selling garbage trinkets. The Hollywood Argyle location is nicer especially for the money you'll be spending.

Took my mom to Roscoe's for her 73rd Birthday! She was elated to go. She's been wanting to get there for years. Since we're from Texas we don't have anything as exciting. The food was awesome. The service has stepped up quite a bit (as I have been to Roscoes at least 3-4 times). Looks like they got rid of the rude waitresses and replaced them with Mexican waitresses who seem to be alot friendlier and more attentive. Mom loved the food so that's all that matters!

Horrible service. Food was over priced and not even that great. Go to Soul Food Kitchen on Manchester and La Brea.

Waffles are good. Had better fried chicken elsewhere. Service is not that great. Once your seated, it takes for ever for a waiter/waitress to get to you. Food is average. Kind of overrated.

I hadn't eaten here in 10 years and was pleasantly surprised upon my return. The fried chicken was great, of course, but my fear that the side orders would be heavy or greasy was totally unfounded. They only give you water if you ask for it, but that's fine with me since we're in a drought.

it is not clean place,speacially the one at gower,there are way better restaurant than roscoe's in los angeles.

Greasy chicken and soggy waffles. I never went back.
