Description

The young and hip have made this attractive spot one of the best places for dinner on the East Side. At the Cha Cha Cha, the Jamaican Jerk Chicken transports you directly to the islands. Try the Fried Plantain Chips, that are simply delicious. Choose either the indoor room or the patio, as the great music makes you sway the entire night.

...NEVER AGAIN FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION
By ,
My date and I had dinner at the cha cha cha for Valentines Day, I thought I was going to be great, but instead it was a BIG disappointment, the service was awful. First the waiter (not the guy serving the food but the guy taking the order, for some reason one guy was taking the order and someone else brought it over anyhow, that guy was rude and unfriendly, it was as he was making me a big favor taking my order. I play it cool because I didn’t want to ruin my date. Food took a very long time, which I guess it was ok because it was a busy day, which by the way the patio wasn’t full. When the food arrived it was warm, but giving it was 60 degrees out side in the patio the food got cold pretty quick, and for some reason the patio heaters where off!! The food choices for that day weren’t that great either. I’m a big fan of eating all kinds of food, but I must say the quesadilla with goat cheese and guava was terrible, I don’t know if it was the food it self or maybe it tasted different when it got cold. Also the prices where a bit too high for the food, as one of the review posted here said “we left hungry and about 120 dollars poor” BTW no bar, beer and wine only I rather take my business to a good Mexican, Cuban, Puerto Rican or Perubian restaurant.Never again for a special occasion. One thing we did enjoy a lot it was the ambiance, it was well decorated and candle lid, nice touch

Cha Cha Cha is one of our favorites!
By ,
Cha Cha Cha has been one of our favorite restaurants since moving to LA in the late 80's and we love it as much now as then. Want to be a in fun, festive mood and eat great food and some of the best sangria -- go there -- it is a real treat!

An L.A. Favorite
By ,
I have been dining at Cha Cha Cha for many, many years. I have brought many guests and they all end up loving it. The food is great - my favorite dish is the Jerk Chicken, but I have had many others. I don't recall ever having bad service. Perhaps my attention is on the food, the atmosphere and the beautiful people at the other tables to notice. This is casual dining at it's best, so don't expect hauty service.

greatest jerk chicken in town
By ,
Although the location may give you pause, the food is worth the drive. I have had jerk chicken all over town and nothing compares to Cha Cha Cha's on Vigil. One taste and you will be hooked!

Great Food, Poor Service
By ,
OMG. the food at cha cha cha's is sooo good, i guess that is why i don't mind sitting for an hour after i am done, waiting for my waitress to notice me and bring my check. the food is so good that it makes up for the fact that i cannot have a conversation with my dinner guest due to the noise volume inside the restaurant. the food is so good that you should definitly go there to spite the poor service and the headache it will cause... at least you'll have some good food in your tummy. :)

The place is okay, I didn't like the food for the reason that it was too sweet, if you're into sweet food this is a place for you. Prices are a little high, but for the one that is high roller this shouldn't be a problem...

I first visted this restaurant with my brother Richmond, this past weekend. We had Sunday breakfast their and OMG:) the bread was so damn good, not only the bread but the food as well. I knew the food would defintely be great, because my brother Rich would never take me to a restaurant that's not good. I live in the bay area, now I must find out if your located out here lol:)!!
