I miss the Twin Dragon sooooooo much. I went there so often and loved the people and the food. They are so friendly. I recently moved to Oshkosh, WI and have been to almost all the restaurants and NOBODY, I mean NOBODY compares to T.D!!!!! The Wor Won Ton soup and the crab puffs were my favorites although I had tried a few other dishes too but that soup is the BEST! I really wish there was one here. I am having a craving right now for Wor Won Ton soup. :( Keep up the good cooking and know that noone make food as good as you all.
I think this restaurant is definitely number one.
They're very fast and the decor is pretty too.
Personally, I think it's hard to choose which dish is the best because they're all amazing!
The service isn't all too great but it isn't bad either.
They don't ignore you and they make it seem like the customer is always right.
Hahahaha Love love love Twin Dragon(:
This place has the best chinese food I have had in Reno for sure!! They are rather grumpy, but not so that they are rude to customers, just not very happy. But the food obviously makes up for it because I go there a lot. I always get the sweet and sour chicken dinner for one. It comes with rice, a spring roll, two pieces of fried chicken, and either a drink or soup! oh it is so big I could never finish! Anywyas I would reccomend it!
This is restaurant is easily in the top 5 Chinese rastaurants in all of the Reno-Sparks area. We eat there at least once a week, and frequently more. You have to experience the food to believe it.
...but it is great, well-presented food and while the service is grumpy, it's attentive and efficient. If I were not already married, I'd definitely take a date there.
Best of all, smoking is still permitted!
Takeout is always ready when you get there if you call ahead and give them 20 minutes.
I believe they may well have the best hot and sour soup in town - although that dish has some very stiff competition.
I was particularly impressed with the beef chow mein ; a dish I usually avoid because the noodles are sticky and the sprouts limp and slimy.
Their rendition had firm noodles, succulent beef and sprouts that were clearly tossed just once before being served.
It was much better than the good but not outstanding food last time we were there (we are occasional regulars); I believe they must have a new cook. Let's all hope they keep them well paid and happy.
I have eaten at almost all of the Chineses restaurants in town and could not find one that had the right taste, until I found the Twin dragon in the Raley's Shopping Center. Flavor is good, service is good, and price is just right.
