Garibaldi's, Carson City

We just had dinner here and it was a disaster! We had both been here before several years ago and loved it. So we didn't worry about reviews. Big mistake. The service was a good as we could have expected. We felt sorry for the waitress. She was trying very hard, but the kitchen was a mess. We had an HOUR wait between our salad and entree. Seems they forgot the order. The Manager came over and said our food would be right up. Sounds bad? I said - we would rather wait for great food then get something quick and bad. We got quick and bad. Carbonara - it looked like Alfredo and was oversalted to the point we couldn't eat eat. I had the steak special and it was poorly cooked, sauced and plated. The table next to us was also having food issues. Don't take the chance - this place is a train wreck!!!!

No water, no garlic bread or offer of some, hot pepper placed in one spot on an order the patron choked and coughed for 2 minutes, poor service....too bad....used to be a great place to eat. Prices have gone up....definitely not worth it.

Went by for a quick lunch and wish I hadn't. First, my waitress was terrible, no personality at all. Second, the food was terrible, pasta was bland, sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. Wife had Greek salad and the chicken was premade outof the fridge and so dry. TERRIBLE! No bread with your meal... they do ask if you want to BUY some though. Worst experience in Carson City.

Garibaldi's is great - great food, nice service, perfect ambience. You also might want to update this site - Nick's Pizza long gone. Grand Central closed some time ago.

Good food but a little pricey. Very slow service. Some servers have an attitude. Five stars for the food but two stars for the service and three stars for the price..

Fabulous meal. Creamy tasty sauces, perfectly cooked pasta and servers extrodinare !!! Love it!!

Garibaldi's is BY FAR the best place to dine in Carson City NV! The food is to die for! I highly recommend the Veal Stuffed Ravioli, and the Lobster Bisk it's heavenly! The service is fast and friendly, and they have a great wine list too!

AWESOME food, great service, old-world charm ~ some of the waitresses aren't that great, but the food is worth the aggravation (I don't say that often!)

Only have eaten here once but thought it was overpriced and too pretentious for the quality of food and service. Expensive for what they offer.

The food was good and the resturant is very plesant however, the waitress we had the second time in a row was snobby and rude to say the least. I did not catch her name but on the receipt her initial was K. The owner really needs to put this woman in check - god forbid she is one of the owners. The first time I was there I thought maybe she was just having a bad day...sadly she was just as bad the second time round. I would go back but only if K was no longer working there. Hope this finds the owner.
