Twin Dragon Restaurant Reno, Reno

I tried this place on 5/6/13. This has been the first time I visited the restaurant for 5 years at that location. First off the food, if you could call it that was disgusting. How sad to find the same goop tainted neon sauce is the base for which all the other sauces are made from. So I hated the General s chicken, The sauce was ghastly, Chicken extra crunchy instead of just fried. I sent it back, and the waitress says No, It s good, I say NO, it is not. She asks would I like something else. My party insisted maybe I was wrong and should at least try something else. Hence I ordered the sweet & sour pork. I got burnt chicken with the same nasty sauce minus the heat. I should have cancelled my order when they served egg drop soup that looked, and tasted more like dropped egg soup in dishwater. This is not the same cuisine it used to be. It flat out sucks, and is an embarrassment to Chinese food worldwide. I will never shell out good money for this garbage, at this restroom of a restaurant again. Less then 2 thumbs down. It shows 1 star but clearly does not deserve it.

I found this place by accident in MAY 2010 and am so glad I did .We have yet to find something on their menu that we don't like. Everything is soooooo good .and the portions are enough to share and have for TWO meals! The Sweet & Sour Shrimp,& Pork, Szechuan Chicken& Pork,Lemon Chicken,Mongolian Beef(spicy but Excellent) are some one of our favorites.This place has the BEST PRICES in Reno!!!! Golden Valley location I 've never been to but We Love the RENO TWIN DRAGON!!!!!!!!!! *****This location is next to the Atlantis.(By the old SMITH Grocery Store on VirginiaSt)

They have the BEST sweet and sour chicken. The chicken is so fresh and moist.

My family and I ordered $60.00 worth of Chinese food from Twin Dragon in Golden Valeey...the worst chinese food I have ever tasted. We all ended up throwing our food away and eating cereal for dinner instead. Rude employees as well.

In the summer they leave the back door open and a guy sits on the floor with the stuff and fold dumplings .Its about 100 degrees the flies are all over them and the sheet he is placing them on is also on the floor.That is enough for me to stay away .Nothing will screw up a weekend like food poison

I will agree 100% with the review by Reno Gazette. It's awful.

AWFUL!!! ABSOLUTLY AWFUL!! I will never recommend this place to anybody. The service was beyong awful and the food was even worse. I read all of the great things wrote about this place and decided to try it on 3/11. I am very mad i did. The chicken that was bought was actually PORK! When I tried to send it back after only 1 bite, they lady hung up the phone on me and when calling back I asked why she hung up on me she told me dont call. The wonton soup was bland and had less flavor than a packet of wonton soup at the grocery store. It was not even at a good price. This place should not be in business and I would be very suprised if they stay in business for much longer. Dont ever order take out from here or dine here. You have been warned. Learn from my mistake. WORST PLACE IN TOWN!!!!!

I highly recommend Twin Dragon all around.
