We stop at the Black Bear in Sparks every time we re in town. Jessie and Ashley always remember us and what we order for drinks. Jessie makes us feel at home and treats us as regulars of the Diner. Thank you for these employees!!

Ordered French Toast and either the butter or syrup was rancid, Yuch. Have eaten at other restaurants of this chain in California and I'd rate them 4 Stars. Service was below average, here, too.

When we moved to this area from Califonia and we didnt know anyone here...We would go to Black Bear restaurant and feel at home...They even had the menu in a newspaper like style with all their history in it...That really felt like we were sharing and part of their family... Thanks Black Bear Now all of our family lives here and we still go to your restaurant...

Incredible Breakfasts--Great Value!

This is a great place to bring your family..young or old...wonderful breakfasts...I recommend the chorizo egg scramble...delish! The servers are friendly and welcoming; prices are reasonable and the portions are hearty! The fresh squeezed orange juice is to die for! YUM!

You better be Hungry

Black Bear Diner is a great Family Style restaurant. The quality of the food is great and the price is right on the money. Steaks I would say are the specialty and they are cooked the way you asked them to cook it. I would recomend one thing, don't eat lunch before eating dinner there. They serve a lot of food. If you go away hungry, you didn't order enough or you haven't eaten in a week.
