Last Thurday I was in Sparks and stopped in to see Jay and the gang at BJ'S. On my way out I bought a rack of cold ribs in saranwrap to take home for dinner. Jay wrote the heating instuctions on the bag, just like the the old days, when you got service at a personal level. I also managed to snag a bottle of the new Cherry Chiptole sauce. When I got back to Auburn I tossed them in the oven. WOW! I travel quite a bit and have had many a meal in Texas BBQ places. My wife travels in the south every month. We can tell you after years of sampling ribs, BJ's is right on track with everything they do. Service, atmosphere, food, and the great attitude of everyone in the joint make it my favorite stop in Northern Nevada.
