On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina, Reno

Great atmosphere. Service was good. Food was always good and plentiful. Always took some home. Suprised that it closed!! Why did they???? Have to find a new mexican restaurant.

This is one of my favorite places to go. Love their Lunch portion size chicken fajitas. The service was always great and since my family and I had been regulars, they knew us when we came in. Only a few time we have had problems but it was always taken care of immediately. I am very saddened to hear they are closing for business. Now my son and I will need to find a new place to have lunch on Sunday's. On the Border Crew, you will be missed by my family and I.

The happy hour , from 3 to 7 , is great. I thought the food was good and I like the salsa. It's not hot but I thought it was good. Service was good also.

This seems like a cool place from their ads but I found the food wasn't very good. The wait staff was nice though, and if not for that we would have up and left after the first bite of food. It looks nice on the inside but personally I can get just as much abiance and better food for a better price down the road at the Chevy's.

I'm not impressed with On the Border. I ordered a shredded beef chimichanga and it was brought to me cold and with ground beef as opposed to shredded. The wait for the food was over 40 minutes. The entire experience was just not fun.
