Service SUCKS. We went there last Wednesday night. Even though the place was mostly empty, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to find a table for 5. Not family friendly. Finally, when we got seated, as soon as they found out we were not going to drop a ton of money on alcoholic drinks, service disappeared. We finally left without getting a chance to order. STAY AWAY!
Service the worst of any place I have been in Vegas. Was not crowded yet it took 25 minutes to get a table, another 12 minutes to get a waiter.Once we finally ordered we were completely ignored until he brought the check,we even had to beg for silverware because they never put any out.Food was average, surely nothing special but OK.Huge portions but also insanely overpriced.
You better like bacon, because it's in just about every dish on the menu, even the waffles.
I have lived here 5 years and went there because I kept hearing how great it was.Save your money and go anywhere else.Completely overhyped, overpriced and the staff will ignore you until you get the bill.
Best Breakfast Hash Ever! I've always liked corned beef hash, but hate the normal 'canned' hash you get at most restaurants. Well, I found homemade hash at the Hash House that is great, not greasy. The owner, Mary, makes all four of her hash recipes to order from fresh ingredients. It's a locally owned place, not a chain, with friendly people and casual atmosphere. If you don't like hash, you can try her great omelets, waffles, pancakes or steak. It's all good, and you can enjoy it watching a big screen plasma TV at their unique coffee bar if you want too!
Walked in on a Friday morning and told the waitress there would be eight of us....you would have thought we called her a nasty name. Talk about a non friendly no personality woman. Don't think she said boo to us other than taking our order. Asked for water twice and never got any. Food was Ok, but nothing to write home about. She was the only waitress in the place which might explain her bad attitude when a large party walks in. However, it's that attitude that will not bring me or my co-workers back again. Too many other breakfast places to patronize in the area.
I just read Array's review, he has mistaken the Hash House a Go Go for the Hash House Family
Restaurant. As a breakfast restaurant you can get eggs any way you want at any time, additionally, music is not played. It is a shame that Las Vegas allows more than one business to use the same name. For a great fresh cooked Breakfast you need to try Hash House Family Restaurants.
I am reluctant to give away one of Las Vegas best kept secrets. Hash House will be seeing us each time we visit town. Just a few short miles from the strip is a great getaway from the hussel and bussel of casinos and their lines waiting to pay to much for breakfast. The menu is filled with various dishes and to the point. The hash is very flavorful and the toast is quality bread that is really toasted. Try the home made jalapeno jam, it is way beyond ordinary.
If you think this place doesn't serve bank for the buck your nuts! First of all everything is fresh and thats not something you can say about most places. The Burgers are enormous, and tasty! You get your moneys worth in every bite! The pancakes are huge, and they are good too! The place calls it's menu twisted farm food and that is is. Make sure to stop by and you'll eat well.
