Yamaguchi Sushi, Las Vegas

My son and I recently ate at Sushi Yamaguchi. This place is the best. Real authentic sushi. Everything we had was delicious. Suggest eating at the bar where you can interract with the staff. This was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Vegas.

I would definitely recommend this sushi place to everyone. It's rare to find a good family business where they treat you like family as well. Kenny is fabulous and i give him two thumbs up as well as the restaurant!

best place to take a friend... Ken (the sushi chef) is very attentive to the needs of the hungry and the food is always prepared with TLC.. plus there is always something new and original at the sushi bar...

I've eaten Sushi with Roy, Kenny and the family since 1982. September 23 rd to be exact. If you want REAL Japanese food or even if you'd like a fusion roll type of roll Kenny will make you the best you ever had. I see so many people new customers and those of us who have came over all the years that it makes for a great atmosphere to enjoy the best sushi in Vegas. You never know who may drop in or what Kenny may surprise you with.

Sushi Yamaguchi is the best sushi restaurant in Las Vegas. The food that Ken makes looks like a work of art every time he prepares it and this artistic appearance makes the food very appealing. It is a warm and cozy place to relax and have dinner with friendly and familiar faces. I recommened this place with five stars and two thumbs up!

Ive been going to Ken @ Sushi Yamaguchi for many years now and I wont eat sushi any where else here in Las Vegas. Food is Phenominal, atmosphere is very relaxing and even Ken's Jokes arent that bad! You are definately missing out if your not eating at Sushi Yamaguchi!

Sushi Yamaguchi is a small, family owned Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere and the food is very traditional. For those of you wanting quick and poorly made meals, this isn't the place to go. The chef, Ken, is meticulous in his preparation, using only the best cuts of fish. He's very honest, too; if something isn't fresh or he didn't get a good cut of fish, he'll be up front and tell you. He also makes his own custom rolls, which are fun to try out. Aside from the sushi, the other food is great, too. My family is Japanese, and my grandmother is originally from Japan; Sushi Yamaguchi is the only place in town where she actually likes the food and the sushi. The prices are decent, and you're definitely going to get the best food for your money here. A lot of Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas are owned by Koreans, making imitation Japanese food. The Yamaguchi family is from Japan and everything they make is authentic. There are even some things you can find at Sushi Yamaguchi that you can't find anywhere else. It's definitely worth going if you love authentic Japanese food!

Nice Japanese atmosphere, authentic japanese food, wonderful sushi bar and food, that is worth every penny paid. My husband and I went to Sushi Yamaguchi for the very first time in February, lived here for nearly 20 years and only now found this little Japanese restaurant which is owned and operated by family. The food is excellent like the kind only your mom could fix. Definitely will not regret eating there.

WOW!! By far the most athentic sushi I've ever had. Small, intimate and personal service, something not easy to find here in Vegas. Be sure to sit at the sushi bar and be entertained by the chef, Ken. 5 stars no doubt
