I would recommend to get there early and head for the bar... if you do not mind eating this way it can save you some time and get you in without a reservation. Also, this way you can get to know some of the staff and learn their tricks of the town!
Was part of a party of five and the bill was $600.00. Food was very good, but the wine list was overwhelming. We went to the Aureole strictly to experience the wine tower and was not disappointed. Wait staff was somewhat snooty though, expected better service considering this was a fine dining restaurant. Would recommend for a special occasion dining. Not sure if I would ever return, there are so many other fine dining restaurants in Vegas to yet experience.
