What a waste of time to eat there so called Steak Sandwich. They need to go back to 9th & Passyunk and learn how to cook a steak and to use Amorosso rolls not those fake one's they had and the nerve to tell you it was a trade secret. I do not know how they are the best in Las Vegas. The price I paid for the sandwich was a rip off and there was not a lot of meat more onion's and cheese. You need to take a trip up I-95 from Delaware It will take you about 30 to 45 minutes and visit the real steak shops of Philly. Yes I am from East Falls/Roxbourgh area and matter of fact there are three great Steak & Hoagies shops on Ridge Ave. in Roxbourgh. So please stop telling people you have a good sandwich.
Capriotti's service is slow and rude, especially to kids. Their sandwiches were dry and the meat was not good. It is a mystery to us why they remain on good food lists.
It has the Las Vegas Best award for a reason, it's great! The Bobbi is awesome, fresh roasted turkey (not processed), stuffing and cranberry on fresh baked rolls...mmmm I've introduced Capriottis to a lot of people and nobody has ever been disappointed! For a sandwich shop, it's simply great!
Have tried the cheese steaks twice, different locations. NOT even close to the real Philly cheese steak. Too dry, ratio of meat and onion is way off. Cheese not gooey as it should be. Hot and sweet peppers are good.
The best sandwiches in the west. Evry sandwich on the menu is fabulous, but my favorite has to the Cheese Steak with extra cheese and grilled onions. My mouth is already watering!
